Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, email address and phone number
- The service address, and any access or parking instructions you give us
- Details about your home and the cleaning you want: bedrooms, bathrooms, size, condition, pets, add-ons and notes
- Your bookings, payments and messages with us
- Photos of the property taken or shared to document conditions or a proposed price change
- Basic technical information, such as your IP address, used to keep our booking system secure
How we use it
We use your information for:

If you enter your details on our quote form but don't finish it, we keep what you entered so we can follow up about your quote.
We don't sell your personal information.
Payment information
Card payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
How we review quote requests
After you submit a quote request, we may use an AI service to help our team spot requests that need a closer look. It never sets your price or decides your booking.
Text messages
We only text you if you ticked a text message box on our quote form: booking texts about your quotes and visits, and, only if you ticked that box too, promotional offers. If you applied for a job and ticked the text box, we may text you about your application. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
We don't share your mobile number, or your text message opt-in and consent, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Photos
Photos are used internally for documentation and quality control. We never use photos of you or your property for public marketing without your permission.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services, keep business and tax records, and resolve any disputes.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by calling or emailing us. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
